Windows

Windows arrived last night! Today was interrupted by an open house, so go a late start working on van.

Managed to install the driver side window tonight. Its the small window, I assumed if I really messed it up I could switch it to the large window! haha. I think I did an alright job so no switch, Took a little fiddling to get it to sit correct - hopefully it won't leak - will test tomorrow with the garden hose

To install I made a template out of cardboard and test fitted the template and window fit by cutting a hole in another piece of cardboard using the template.

Knowing the template worked. I transferred the template to the van...

... and just like that I had a hole in the van!

Before I knew it a window was in the van - the thought is this window will sit above the kitchen counter so I picked a smaller window that could vent to the outside.

Tomorrow I take on the big window hopefully it all goes well as I have no 3rd larger window as a backup!
