No better way to fuel the day then blackberry pancakes!


Not much accomplished yesterday - cleaned up some of the insulation and added some trim to the floor

floor now has some new trim- or should I say bling!

today I switched gears and did some wood working - specifically I started building a tray to hold my bikes under the bed. I thought this would be a good first cabinet type project as it for the most part will be hidden under the bed so any imperfection won't be seen and it will also give me a good idea of how high the bed needs to be off the ground....


First lesson learned - I really need to learn how to make straight cuts!
