Bikes are loaded - time to roll!

Bike tray is complete and installed! What more is there to do? I'm living the Vanlife now! Bathing suites and beaches here I come.

After installing the bikes I started to work on the bed frame... The size of wood I wanted was not available at the lumber store so I had to cut down some plywood to size. Luckily I found this nifty little tool that helps greatly with making straight quick cuts on plywood

it just attaches to the circular saw and follows the edge of the plywood. As long as the edge is straight the cut is straight - yeah!

I also played around with plus nuts and installing the bed frame to the van. More on that tomorrow... The mosquitos chased me off tonight before taking any pictures...

Tonight I broke out all the electrical and solar equipment and did a mock up install - realized I am missing a few connections - time to call up amazon...

Tomorrow I am back to installing plus nuts and framing the bed - with any luck I will have that completed by the end of the day! Solar will have to wait...
